How Verb helped a brand deeply rooted in tradition meet a forward-thinking market

The challenge for Norman Express was the same we see with most companies that succeed for decades. Steady revenues ushered in an era of unchanged marketing and little-to-no growth. So Norman Express asked us to transform one of the most traditional and dependable forwarders in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangzhou into the forward-thinking smart option for the West to move product through these key ports.

Forward by Norman became this new identity. The logo is simple, resembling the palettes that Norman Express expertly crafts to balance weight, volume and rates. The signature captures the dedication to excellence and reputable tradition of Norman Express in their new brand.

Commanding a new perspective on the tradition

Forward by Norman wanted their "trifold" brochure to represent that same forward-thinking drive that sparked the launch of their brand. Verb's team responded with a hexagonal multi-page brochure based on the new logo. Producing this piece would challenge all involved to rethink the conventions of a brochure, and the viewer to re-examine the ways their logistics partners think.
